The reason i only have 6/12 in icc25 is the fact i have never had a proper raiding guild to raid icc... The most i have ever done with a guild is 6/12 in icc10. And i only made an female char just to respect females and show that they can do just the same as men

I know that guy and I have raided a lot with him on past.I am not quite sure,smexy,about the rotation so I will let a more informed warrior to discuss it.Now about smexy's character he is a not so mature player but on the other hand he is skilled with a lot of potential.Then again I am not 100% sure if the age will be a problem he seems to now what he is doing(still need some maturity though).Only drawback I can find is:no description about your gemming and your glyphs and the thing that you got only 6/12 on icc 25 normal while JIW has 11/12 icc 25 HC.Besides,i am not sure aswell if we need 1 more tank.Anyway I can safely say that with some guidance and some knowledge of the encounters in icc you could be much of a help.

Just to underline your SP and Haste issues. Comparing Emjay to Vesuveus (my alt) you have about 100 wow-heroes GS more than Vesu with less SP and less haste. Crazy.

I would enchant and gem SP until you get to about 3000sp then gem the rest of your slots with haste. My own opinion ofc.

Why did you choose your current class, and what do you feel your role is in a raid: I chose my class, cos i loved how the warriors worked. No mana and a chance to protect people, was the main point for choosing my class.


Can you please describe your rotation for fights: Charge -> shield slam (thunderclap for AoE) -> spam 3 times devastate ->revenge/shield slam/shockwave while keeping the sunder armor up.


Please explain your gem and glyph choices: My gemming has been mostly adjusted for sponge tanking and glyphs support that.


In JIW we raid 3 nights from 8.00 to 11.00 GMT, we require raiders to attend at least 2 of the 3 raids per week barring exceptional circumstances. Explain how this fits in with your play times: The game times are good for me, I would be able to participate at those times and if not (holiday or other) I will inform the higher ups with the information of my trips.

What are you looking for in a guild, and why do you want to join JIW: I wanna raid and feel myself usefull again. After the break i had, i havent had a stable raiding guild which to raid in.

How do you respond to criticism and are you the kind of person who learns quickly from their mistakes: I usually respond to criticism with alittle humor (i do take em seriously) and i wont make the same mistake 2 times.


Please tell us about your previous raiding experience. Give as much information as you can: I started raiding when ToTc came out and have cleared naxx 10, ulduar 10, ToTc 10/25 (4/5), Icc10 (11/12) and Icc25 (6/12)


What raid addons do you use and why: I mostly use the normal recount, Omen, grid and spartan UI. Mostly for stable and efficiant raiding.


What consumables do you use in raids:  Flasks and food buffs.
